Brenda Howerton, as managing partner of Howerton Consulting Group, has been in the field of Human Resources and Training and Development for over ten years and is a skilled consultant adept in providing interventions that enable her clients to achieve their business objectives. Brenda's background includes fives years as an independent training/human resources management consultant and executive coach. She serves as a human relations commissioner and an elected soil and water supervisor in Durham-NC. She is trained in Transformation Processes and Career Continuation and certified in (NLP) Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and as a Human Patterns Administrator.  She also serves as an Elected County Commissioner.


Scott Hines
has more than 25 years of experience working with public, private, and not-for-profit organizations to improve their performance and enchance the work environment for employees. He has spent twenty successful years as President and CEO of several companies, gaining first hand knowledge of business management, including product design, marketing, financial and legal functions. He flexibility and adaptability has allowed him to work in the pharmaceutical, medical and aerospace industries, in all levels of business from CEOs to Administrative Assistants. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programer, as well as a Behavioral Modeler and as a Human Parrerns Administrator.


Jeannette B. Moss
has outstanding human resource management experience working in fortune 100 corporations as a Human Resources Manager, Training Manager, Internal Organization Consultant, US-Wide Project Manager and Performance Evaluation Specialist. Her competencies have been achieved in Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Non-profits organizations. Her expertise is coaching and developing employees and managements’ leadership skills for optimum performance to add value to corp. cultures and increase profitability. Jeannette has a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts in Organizational Development and an undergrad in Social Service Administration & Counseling from New Hampshire College, Manchester, NH. Jeannette multicultural experience includes living in Japan, the West Indies and working with Vietnamese, East Indians, Africans and Hispanics.
